Explore, understand, and reflect on your emotions.
Feeling afraid because something seems dangerous, unsafe, or uncertain. This is a broad sense that you may need to protect yourself or avoid harm.
Fearful
Feeling strong displeasure when something seems unfair, wrong, or obstructive. Anger often creates a desire to defend yourself, confront the problem, or restore fairness.
Angry
Feeling strong aversion or repulsion toward something that seems gross, offensive, wrong, or deeply unpleasant.
Disgusted
Feeling sorrowful, heavy, or down because of loss, disappointment, hurt, or disconnection.
Sad
Feeling good, uplifted, or emotionally well because something feels enjoyable, meaningful, safe, or fulfilling.
Happy
Feeling a sudden shift in attention because something unexpected or new happened.
Surprised
Feeling low in energy, overloaded, or mentally disengaged when your capacity does not match what is happening around you.
Bad
Feeling sudden fear in response to something that seems immediately dangerous or alarming.
Scared
Feeling uneasy or tense about what might happen. This usually comes from uncertainty, anticipation, or fear of a negative outcome.
Anxious
Feeling unsure of yourself, your value, or how others see you. This often involves fear of not being good enough, accepted, or capable.
Insecure
Feeling low in strength, resilience, or ability to cope with what is happening.
Weak
Feeling unwanted, dismissed, or not accepted by others.
Rejected
Feeling unsafe because something important seems at risk of harm, attack, exposure, or loss.
Threatened
Feeling disappointed or upset because someone or something failed to meet your expectations.
